Our CEO and founder, Alejandro Rodriguez, is a highly skilled electrician with over 12 years of progressively advanced journey-level electrical experience. He is passionate about the industry and has a deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code, supervisory skills, and mass notification systems.

Accomplishments

Alejandro Rodriguez has accomplished a great deal throughout his career. Some of his accomplishments include:

• Photovoltaic systems OSHA 10 Certified
• Completion of projects on time and budget following scope and specifications attached to contracts
• Planning of new and modified installations to minimize waste of materials and provide access for future maintenance
• Serving as project manager assistance for a new apprenticeship program
• Leading hand and power tool safety workshops for new staff members
• Serving as Site Supervisor on several projects with great results

Experience

Alejandro has extensive experience in the electrical industry, having worked at various companies throughout his career. He has worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at JN Electric and MCS of Tampa, where he managed and estimated commercial projects, installed safety systems, and performed electrical utilityservices for industrial based and new building projects. He also collaborated with diverse teams of architects and engineers, directed electricians on installation, maintenance, and repair on electrical wiring and equipment, and managed commercial projects, superintendents, electricians, materials, change orders, and dealt with contractors, subcontractors, and supplies. His great attitude at office/job sites and ability to consistently work to code on all projects are what set him apart.

Alejandro’s experience also includes his time at AGC Electric Inc and the National Electrical Company of Cuba, where he installed safety systems, performed electrical utility services, and collaborated with diverse teams of architects and engineers. He has extensive experience in three-phase, 277/480 volt power distribution systems, tracing and diagnosing malfunctions with hand tools and test equipment, and connecting wires to circuit breakers and transformers.

Education

Alejandro’s education includes a GED in Journeyman from Miami Dade College and Technical Electrician from Hermanos Gomez in Cuba, where he was top 100% of the class. He has also completed coursework in High-Voltage Cable Splicing, Qualified Rigging and Signaling Transformers, Transportation Skill Improvement courses, Conduit Bending, Blue Print Reading, Cable Pulling, Residential and Commercial Wiring Method Training, Motors-Box and Conduit-Fill coursework, and 2 years of Electrical Teacher.
